United States
- Tracked Shipping — $12.99-$15.99
International Shipping
- Tracked Shipping — $34.99-$49.99
Please note: Orders shipped without tracking are not insured. Confident Hair is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing packages shipped using untracked shipping methods.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 6 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Canada & United States: 2–14 business days
- International Orders: 7+ business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to modify delivery addresses once orders have been dispatched.
