Shipping Policy

Delivery Costs

We offer the following shipping options- you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Canada United States International Shipping
Canada-$17 With tracking-$22 With tracking-$56
Ontario-$13 Without tracking-$13 Without tracking-$23
Next Day- Free (only for GTA orders)
All orders WITHOUT tracking will not include insurance from shipping company.
Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 6pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from out on the following Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Time
​
After orders have been dispatched delivery time is between 2-14 business days for United States and Canada.

Delivery Address
​
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders
​
Delivery times for international orders are 7 days or more.
​
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking Your Order
​
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website. We also have Confident carriers, to do local deliveries which you can track on our website.
