Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept ANY returns ,exchanges or issue refunds, all sales are FINAL. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customerservice@confidenthair.shop, within 7 days of arrival, with details of the product and the defect.Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue a store credit and notify you via e-mail.
When returning products its best to use a carrier that is traceable with required signature. Confident Hair will not be responsible for any products lost in transit for return.You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded on to store credit will not include the cost of shipping.
