Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept ANY returns ,exchanges or issue refunds. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at customerservice@confidentbeauty.shop, within 7 days of arrival, with details of the product and the defect.
When returning products its best to use a carrier that is traceable with required signature. Confident Hair will not be responsible for any products lost in transit for return.
You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during return shipment. Any amounts refunded on store credit will not include the cost of shipping.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
After orders have been dispatched delivery time is between 7-14 business days for United States and Canada. International delivery times can be 14 days or more.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website. We also have Confident Hair carries, to do local deliveries which you can track on our website.
